Dawn Greenwood and Silver Surfer stop at the water planet Nautikos to observe the festival of light and see the cosmic rays in the sky. When hooligans show up to make life difficult, it’s up to the Silver Surfer to save the party.
The Silver Surfer thinks it would be nice to treat Dawn to the Centennial Nautikos Festival of Lights. They arrive and the people murmur about the arrival of the Herald. (Dawn thinks they mean “Harold.”) He takes Dawn to the side and changes to look more like a human. They join the throng and see cosmic rays in the sky. As in, cosmic sea rays swimming through the air. Dawn is spellbound…
