This doesn’t feel like the same writer as Exceptional. Even tho I didn’t love that book it was way better than this. This is sadly, quite terrible.

This series is making no sense, the concept is Xavier style, but the execution is crap. Emma was a better head master beside Xavier back in the days, But eve is writing crap , this series will definitely last for 10 issue if lucky. replace the writer with someone who understand these characters . where Scott Lodell, peter Milligan , Chris Clermont, Fabian Nicieza and Steve Seagle , even Hickman can write better stuff than this . also the other X-men writer Jed and Gail write better than this !!

I don’t think this series will have a long life, Eve Ewing has no idea who or what she’s writing, a banal and poor plot with terrible drawings.
it seems like yet another stopgap as if they had to necessarily make up the numbers, now there are more of those who write “nothing” than good writers, especially in my opinion I’m focusing so much on the fact that this one has the same surname as a talented monster like Al and therefore someone is wrong and buys her stories… only to then be disappointed by the gap between the two.

Aw, come on, this is bullcrap. You can’t convince me that any member of Shadowcats half-assed students outrank any of the kids from New Orleans, not even Jitter. I mean, seriously. What have any of them done that make them more qualified, more experienced or more badass than the Outliers?

Yeah, he’s supposed to be the leader of this outfit. He was originally written to be a mutant version of Captain America, but they’ve reduced him to an easily butt-hurt crybaby.

I’m with you on that one. So far, nothing Ewing has written has had a meaningful impact or long life expectancy.
