I like how they’re featuring Russian mythology and folklore. First, it was the witch of noon, now they’re showing the rusalka and domovoi. Though, I think they’re being more than a little obvious “The Immortal”, a hooded, bearded man versed in magic who claims to not be welcomed in a church. Grigori Rasputin is a bit too right on the nose. And I think it might be a forgone conclusion that Piotr and Illyana are some sort of kin to him, maybe even descendants of his.
