Back in 2013, during the “Killable” arc in Wolverine (vol 5) # 10, a similar story in which Sabretooth lures Logan to the Howlett Estate to do battle then takes a very different turn. The Howlett Estate no longer exists. In its place is now a shopping mall where Sabretooth then held people hostage, forcing Wolverine and Kitty Pryde to come to their aid.
So, how is the Howlett Estate back for this story? How would Sabretooth not remember that the house is no longer there when choosing to lure Logan there again? And why wouldn’t Wolverine himself remember that the house is no longer there?
I am curious to see if they will ever address it in some way.
