Not to me, North’s entire run seemed like a useless and boring series of stories that served no purpose, reading them or skipping them turned out to be exactly the same, going around everything without saying anything at all rather than focusing attention on what could have been said, even getting the children back took too long and not making them do anything until this part
They are character pieces, studies of each character, that’s what I loved about it. It wasn’t a Reed/Val story like Hickman. It’s exploring each character as an individual.
a single story or two is fine, then it’s enough also because they are things seen and re-seen that he himself then ignores in the next issue… comics are good for continuity, connections, evolutions, do a one-shot if you want stuff like that, you can’t go on for years with nothing…and I’m telling you this as someone who appreciated the first issues where he reintroduced the characters, then it would put you into a coma from boredom

Has North finally introduced some plot into his stories? what’s happening??? it “only” took 3 years…
I actually really enjoyed the single issue format. But this is an interesting arc too
