So first things first, it’s nice to have more Avatar content. Secondly, I love that at the end we’re seeing the casualties of war. It reminds me of One Piece Fan Letter. Since we always followed the Gaang, we didn’t get to see all the time how soldiers are the ones getting hurt.
It feels like they’re setting up a moment for Suki to have her big leadership moment in battle. Watch, everything will be in disarray, and she’ll rally everyone and lead them to victory. That’s just my guess right now.
The general is being incredibly dumb. I can understand that, in times of war, Bun has to fight, and you can see that as them being low on soldiers. But telling the Kyoshi Warriors not to use what they’ve spent their whole lives training with and to fight like everyone else really made me mad. Talk about incompetent. Anyway I have some more guesses on how this will go but we’ll see what happens next chapter.
