I’m happy to see that Frank Castle is back to full form and he’s going to go back to his favorite pastime of just wrecking Jigsaw’s life, but there’s one thing I’m actually confused on: where the hell has the Punisher been? I know after that business with the Hand, Frank went to another universe, world or whatever, and then he was replaced by Joe Garrison for a brief stint, but how did Frank, the OG, get back to New York?
Have I missed something, or have they not been revealed that yet?
He was literally dead. Kingpin may have did some voodoo crap to bring him back to life or maybe the hand help him out , maybe down the road the writer will explain thing, caused frank look like he forgot his ex wife is alive and blame him for everything and she went into hiding , if u remember from that ninja crap with the hand he was in series with daredevil
I’m going to have to go back and re-read some things, because there are some serious gaps in my knowledge between right now and when Maria divorced Frank after that business with the Hand.
Forgot to mention maria left him being pregnant, she left with his new unborn child, yeah frank make some deal with the beast ( devil god) and perish to death, but he was then in some underworld ( hell ) protected some lost children .
Yeah, I remember all that, I just don’t know how Frank got from there to back to New York with no memory before he riddled the Kingpin full of bullets and got Tombstone thrown in the slammer.
Basically it goes like this
The Punisher (Hand stuff)
The Punisher (New SHIELD guy)
The Punisher: Red Band (Punisher brought back by Kingpin + Punisher vs Kingpin vs Tombstone)
The Punisher (this one)
I didn’t like the SHIELD guy that much. Maybe if he was his own original character instead of a poor attempt at replacing Frank, I might have liked him, but I hate the idea of anyone replacing such an iconic badass.
