I still feel no sympathy for Evangaline, and I think her turning into the creature she is now is perfect punishment that she has more than earned. She murdered a woman in cold blood for no greater purpose than a paycheck and another man for just walking in the wrong place at the wrong time and felt nothing for either of them.
