Vol 1: September 2007
In the small village of Deishun the Blacksmith, a Diminutive mouse named Karic is born. As he grows, he learns the tales of the past and he dreams of a distant season yet to come, when he might no longer live in fear…
For the young mouse Karic, the Mice Templar are merely an exciting legend. They were real, though, and a vicious civil war left them scattered and all mouse culture in the grip of brutal rat masters. When Karic’s family is enslaved, he realizes their only hope of freedom lies in his paws… if he can only find the courage and strength to become one of the legendary Templar himself.

Vol 2: July 2009 – May 2010
The Templar have fallen, leaving the natural world in the grip of tyrants and ever-increasing chaos. The promise of restoration for the Templar and the salvation of all creatures now lies in the paws of the newly-knighted Karic. But as sinister powers seek to thwart him, others are desperate to use his mission for personal agendas. Now Karic is anxious to complete his training so that he might rescue his family from slavery. But his new master is Cassius, a bitter Templar exile who does not believe in Karic’s destiny. Their journey takes them to the legendary Haunted Wood, a dead forest inhabited by Diabhlan, ancient evil spirits hungry to feed off of living souls.

Vol 3: December 2010
Karic has accomplished his goal – the rescue of his family from captivity-but their freedom has come with a terrible price. Karic now lies comatose, his spirit lost to a realm of nightmare, a portal to the Outer Darkness where ancient demons have been cursed. Yet Cassius risks all for the young mouse who restored his faith, even death at the blade of his old Templar rival Ronan. Meanwhile, the druids and the rat army unleash a new wave of tyranny in retaliation for Karic’s audacious attack. Only the heroic Maeven archers can stand against the MORTAIR, the deadly sisterhood of rat assassins!

Long ago, the valiant Templar destroyed themselves through a vicious civil war, allowing the bloodthirsty crusade of the tyrant king Icarus to destroy mouse culture. Yet the inspiring tale of the young mouse Karic promises to restore the fractured Templar and overthrow the mad king. But while some accept Karic as a prophecy for good, still others see his rising legend as an omen of evil.

Vol 5: March 2015 – September 2015
The restored Templar bring their final battle to the very gates of King Icarus’s stronghold—the fortress city of Dealrach Ard-Vale, where the doomed insurrection of its desperate inhabitants await rescue. But as the armies of salvation go to war without the guidance and leadership of Karic, the heroic young mouse who overcame their generations of prejudice and division, under which banner will they fight?
