I believed that Mourner was a dangerous fanatic of the Foot’s ideology, but this issue revealed that she was something far more dangerous and definitely more pathetic: a stalker. She was so obsessed with the Shredder in that creepy, fanatical devotee sort of way, that was willing to break the laws of nature just to have a place at his side. Not only is that disturbing, but it’s also believable in its way.

I have to say that I’m surprised with Agent Avon and now have mixed feelings about her. I realize it wasn’t her intention to kill an entire floor of people, and I even understand why she wants to keep helping Saki, but like it or not, she’s now a traitor and mass-murderer, so anything that happens to her from here on out, she’s got coming, no matter what her intentions are.
