I disagree for 2 reasons, 1st Flash and Venom already did so as a Spider-Man associated character it would feel like retreading the same ground, 2nd the Guardians of today are not what they were back when those characters had their time on the team e.g. Quill is now the king of Spartax so is off the team, Gamora is a lot darker since took the name Reqium post Infinith Wars, Groot hasnโt been the same since Grootfall where Drax sacrificed himself and died in the same storyline etc so the team doesnโt exist anymore iirc
If i’m not mistaken there currently are no GOTG. I personally would not mind if they decided to organically turn ASM over to Ben and the Spider family temporarily and let Peter and this group become a new version of the Guardians. Bottom line for me personally this is the most interesting Peter has been in ages and essentially every character on this team has been gold. I would love to see them explored further…
