Already that I always regret DC officially bring back his eye like Harley never shoot it, so now he’s in a tank complety broken and it seems to be normal, what was I missed ?

It’s not like Batman to be surprised that Joker knows he’s Bruce Wayne. Almost all of his villains knows Batman is Bruce Wayne.
Bruce got everything back after Failsafe. He’s C.E.O. of Wayne Enterprises again and a billionaire once more. Who do you think Dr. Zeller works for? She works for Bruce at Wayne Enterprises.
And In “Dark Prison”, so very recently, Joker call him Bruce so it can’t be that. Canonically, Joker knows Bruce is Batman et Batman knows that he knows.
true yeah. i think it could also be interpreted as him being shocked that he even acknolodges him being bruce wayne in the first place. iirc its something they explore back in the death of the family storyline, joker knows who he is but he deliberately ignores it cuz it ruins his fun and delusions, he even goes as far as to act like he doesnt recognize him at all when he visits his cell in his civvies. tbf i havent been keeping up with a lot of whats going on outside of this series so i could be off on my assumption lol
During the Gotham Wars between Batman and Catwoman. Selina had the idea that if she trained people to be better thieves they would be able to steal what they want without relying on lethal Force and that would bring down the murder rate. She brought this idea up to the Bat-Family and some agreed a little bit but of course Batman was 100% against it.
Selina went with her plan and trained people to be better thieves. One of the men she trained broke into the suite that Bruce Wayne was staying in because Bruce was a rich man and he end up accessing a room with a bat suit and gadgets and all that stuff in it. Learning that Bruce Wayne is Batman.
He tried to sell that information to the highest bidder. And just about all of Batman’s rogues was going to kill him to keep that secret from coming out because they said that Batman’s secret identity is a leash on him and that’s the only thing that keeps them safe. Two-Face reveal to The thief that they know his identity but they never revealed it to the world because if he didn’t have that secret identity then he would be Batman 24/7 and the villains would never have a moment’s peace.

Exactly. Joker, Poison Ivy, Two Face, Riddler, Hush, Savage and I think 🐧 knows Bruce is Batman.
