Obviously he’s not going to be privy to everything that Peter knows, but he can play that off as Peter being distracted, and it keeps her from feeling like Peter has cut her out of his life.

OK, it’s clear they want to make Kintsugi the latest Spider-Man sidekick, which I think is cool, but they’re going to have to explain who he is at some point.
I don’t think Ben & his Halloween-themed gal pal are going to be able to keep up this charade for too long. Ben’s way too obsessed with replacing Peter, both in and out of costume, to let anyone else be Spider-Man.
Really feeling bad for Aunt May now. Out of anyone, she’s obviously feeling the loss of Peter the most, and she doesn’t even know that he’s not on the same planet anymore. Really sad.

I wonder who they’ll make Spider-Man next.
Despite my intense disappointment with MJ for the last few years, I think she & Venom are probably the most qualified to pose as Spider-Man considering that they knew him the most intimately. That might end up being a good thing as far as character progression goes for Marvel’s newest goosome twosome.
Maybe by trying to fill his shoes, both MJ & Venom will realize just how much Peter goes through and puts up with while on top of everything, trying to balance his personal life with the people close to him. Maybe then Mary Jane will realize how badly she did by Peter after everything he did for her for so many years.
If she thinks she’s got it hard right now, trying living a whole week as New York’s #1 Wallcrawler and realize just how hard he’s got it, and all the bullsh!t he puts up with, and nobody ever thanks him for it. Just like Norman’s finding out right now. It ain’t easy being a Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man.
