Loving ransom and Hotaru. Wolvie always being a father figure for younger mutants has become something I’ve come to really like about his character.

That kinda explains how Ransom is related to Beto. Maybe the Correas and da Costas had business dealings and Daddy Correa had an affair with a da Costa.

Yeah, this comic title definitely beats the crap out of the so-called “Exceptional X-Men”, and if I’m being honest, out of the current X-Men volume as well. How they’re handling and portraying the characters is well done, there’s the right amount of comedy in the seriousness of it, and these new X-students are actually interesting.
Hotaru’s got some serious game going on. First it was Psylocke at the Hellfire Vigil, now it’s this girl how seems to be into his inherent horror genre feeling. This issue was supposed to be mostly about Ransom, but I think Wolverine definitely stole the show here, especially at that comic con. After that piece of dramatic crap he just went through with Mastermind, I think he’s earned some levity.
