Nightcrawler’s always got such game. It’s the whole romantic elf thing; it has to be. Nice to see Gambit and Rogue’s relationship being more than just risk and danger, that they’re still doing everything they can to be as close to normal husband and wife. I actually completely forgot that Gambit is still the King of Thieves, and that it’s not a title he can simply abdicate.

So, looks like Moira McTaggart is back in the mix. This cannot end well; not after the vile things she did to bring about the end of the Krakoan Era. Granted, in some respects, I can’t wholly say that I blame her, but nothing that was done to her outweighs what she ended up doing. And now, it looks like she’s trying to do some re-creation or substitute X-Academy. Though, the Outliers definitely wear the classic uniforms well, I can’t deny that.

This is still definitely my favorite X-Men comic title going on right now. There’s definitely a reason that this is still on-going and so many others that started around the same time as this have ended.

Nice ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ. Ok so I truly believe that Gambit and Rogue should be the defacto Example of The X-Men married couple over Scott and Jean. The situation with the Outliers is that they are experiencing moments in history that the original New Mutants went through. That scene with Moira and Jitter actually happened in New Mutants (1982) and it was Rahne Sinclair that fell from the scy in front of her and Moira brought her to Xavier. Ransom and Deathdream took the place of moments ment for Sunspot in New Mutants (1982) and Calico took Cannon Ball spot in New Mutants (1982). I truly hope Kurt and McKenzie can last. I feel she really loves him.

I agree with what you’re saying about Kurt and McKenzie. In the decades he’s been in comics, has he ever had a significant other or some meaningful romance? As such a popular character, you’d think he’d have one, and maybe McKenzie could be it.

Kurt has dated lots of Women. He had a 2 year relationship with Rachel. Almost all the other romance is were just sex like Wolverine.

What about Gambit and Rogue as the face of X-Men married couple over Scott and Jean?

At this point, I think I wholeheartedly agree. I just don’t feel any of that passion or compelling depth from Scott and Jean anymore, and I haven’t for a long time. If I’m being totally honest, I was actually more of a Team Emma Frost over Jean Grey when it came to Cyclops’ better half. His straight up soldier attitude paired with her queen bee persona were so complimentary together, I just always enjoyed it. Which is why I was pretty bummed out with the whole Emma Frost/Tony Stark thing they tried doing. I mean, it was mentioned way back in the first Civil War arc that the two of them had occasional flings every now and then, which doesn’t surprise me given that they were both single, rich, powerful people, but I just never felt anything real from the two of them.

But I digress. Yes, Rogue and Gambit, as far as I’m concerned, are the married couple that best represent the X-Men now. And the fact that they’re the ones still carrying that torch of teaching the next generation of X-Men and maintaining the strength of their relationship only further proves this.

I like tony and Emma, especially from their time together , they seem to really care and have love for each other and I bet u, since pepper back in iron man comic, if Emma came calling , tony dropping pepper and the new girl quick for her,( I know I would in a hard beat lol ) They didn’t sign any divorce paper right, I think they still legally married and just separated ??

The wedding was fake. Emma used a fake name. There is no records of Tony Stark ever being married to Emma Grace Frost. They both signed annulment papers that She-Hulk wrote and filed them.

It was real for Tony Stark but not Emma. If the truth had come out and it was revealed that Emma married him under a fake Identity then marriage would be invalid.

Emma could literally State that she, Emma Grace Frost, have never been married. And that would actually be true.

But in truth, I think Tony is actually over her as well. It is what he told three different women. Ororo, Carol and Jessica.
