Oh, great idea, McCoy, trying to convince government soldiers into compliance by threatening them with a known anti-human terrorist, that will definitely get you the results you’re looking for. I’m just playing devil’s advocate here, but it seems to me that one of the biggest reasons why government entities and law agencies don’t like the X-Men right now isn’t that they’re mutants, but because they’re self-inserting wild cards that constantly overstep their boundaries and constantly try to impose authority where they have none.
One of the biggest issues I had with Krakoa and the attitude with mutants during the Krakoan Era, was that they acted like they could steamroll, strongarm and pretty much bully their way through humans like it was their right to do so, and that they only helped humans not out of altruism, but out of self-righteous ego, like patting aiding a lesser species made them even more superior. So, I can understand these agents’ skepticism towards the X-Men trying to be helpful for its own sake. Especially after the many crimes that the original, non-clone Beast committed.

Beast being a good leader is something we don’t see often, and its nice to see Magneto full powered again
Well, Beast is definitely a helluva better than how he was when he was the director of X-Force during the Krakoan Era. Fingers crossed that he doesn’t go down that dark path again. Now that Magneto is fully powered once more, I’m wondering if the power will go to his head once again.
